The place is really nice, and the people are great. They're pool closes at 8 as well as the hot tubs so that's a big let down. And they have no handicap access to the hot tubs. But the stairs are short to the first of 3 hot tubs though. I almost gave them a 4 star for those reasons but this place is to nice and cool to to give them anything less than a 5 star. We really enjoyed the game room and the private theater as well. I do recommend this place.
We’ve been staying here for years, and the condos are really nice. I love the nautical decor, balconies, kitchen, and bedrooms. Very comfortable, except the elevators have been out of order and family tried to use them anyway so got stuck in the elevator and up on the Crows Nest, but maintenance was quick to come help, and we were warned about this ahead of time so it’s on my family members respectfully.
Best view in Branson! Where else can you stay where your condo has a three-level elevator and a crow's nest looking over the water while you enjoy your hot chocolate!
I always enjoy my visits here. The villas are all perfect! They have all the things you need for a weekend or week away. I can do a peaceful getaway or one with a multitude of adventures. I can cook in the amazing kitchen or go out to eat minutes away. Pool, hot tub, views, theater room, and too much more to list. I love my experiences here.
Really nice views of a lake, watched movies at the headquarters building, and made bracelets, and so much more, excellent vacation and stay.
We did the tour with Mike Glenn! (Super cool guy, funny, and used to be a mma fighter!) During our tour they have a supervised kid station to make your tour a little easier. The tour is 2 hr long, and the lady did AMAZING WITH OUR KIDS!! Now into the tour. Most of the sales people are high pressure sales, but Mike wasn’t!! He was very relatable and worked with us. He made feel comfortable during the whole process and didn’t try to just get us to be customers, but valued us as potential buyers. We ended up getting a trial package, which is in total 2.5 months of vacation at Branson’s Nantucket resort!! After touring the resort we are super excited, which helps us ultimately decide whether we will buy a fractional deed later on! The process was really great, and Mike is absolutely Amazing!!!
Echoes badly. Can hear people easily thru walls! Roof patio light burned out. Did not get correct rooms/houses our group reserved & needed .
We thoroughly enjoyed and loved our little get away. Plus we had the best sales rep ever...Joseph Conley. We will definitely be back and already planning for our next vacation.
